Activities:

• Install, support, upgrade, and maintain Windows PC’s and their related peripherals (e.g.: printers, scanners, network connectivity, etc.);

• Support IT team by completing tasks as needed;

• Analyze and resolve end user software configuration and connectivity issues;

• Coordinate maintenance with external providers when necessary;

• Advise users on alternative technologies and optimize their work in the company;

• Schedule and execute back up data program to ensure the availability of the sensitive company data;

• Keep updated the company hardware (computers, laptops, network devices, printers, monitors, accessories, and any other device not a consumable);

• Administer, review, and keep running back-end infrastructure in the assigned office;

• Provide technical support to end users in infrastructure and information technologies to help on daily duties;

• Manage company’s printers, internet provider, mobile and other telecom contracts.

Requirements / Knowledge:

• Fluent English;
