Descrição da vaga O SDR é responsável pela qualificação de potenciais interessados em contratar a solução da Lais. O SDR fará parte da equipe de vendas, e trabalhará em conjunto com os executivos de venda para otimizar a conversão do funil de

em clientes. Responsabilidades / atividades incluem: Qualificação de bases de imobiliárias, avaliando a compatibilidade dos

) definido da Lais; Prospecção ativa de potenciais clientes via e-mail, WhatsApp e ligação; Agendamento de demonstrações do produto com os executivos de venda; Gestão do pipeline de leads atualizado no CRM, assegurando que todas as interações e atividades estejam registradas; Colaboração com a equipe de marketing para alinhar estratégias e melhorar continuamente a abordagem de qualificação de leads.

Requerimentos 2 anos de experiência em vendas, preferencialmente como SDR ou em papel semelhante; Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita; Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe; Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM e métodos de prospecção de vendas; Habilidade em análises com planilhas, utilizando softwares como Excel ou Google Sheets para organizar e interpretar dados de vendas; Familiaridade com o mercado imobiliário (desejável)

Esta posição oferece um modelo de trabalho híbrido, proporcionando flexibilidade para o trabalho remoto. Candidatos disponíveis para trabalhar presencialmente em nosso escritório em São Paulo são preferidos.
