Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Executive role focused on Capital Markets at FintAI, based in São Paulo, SP, with flexibility for remote work. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by engaging with clients in the capital markets sector, understanding their needs, and offering them our innovative financial solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or business development within the financial services industry
- Deep understanding of capital markets, financial products, and investment strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong client relationships
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and propose tailored solutions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Certifications in sales or finance (e.g., CFA, CGA, CFP) are a plus
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, additional languages are a bonus
