Account Executive Sales Professional

At Catho Online Ltda., we are on the lookout for a skilled Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, increasing revenue, and expanding our presence in the Brazilian, Argentinian, and Chilean markets.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Develop and execute business development plans to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Sales Strategy: Identify, evaluate, and execute sales of PRGX's contract compliance and profit recovery services and data intelligence technology products within new clients.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring differentiated client experiences and satisfaction based on a deep understanding of client needs.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, monitoring, and conversion.
- Internal Collaboration: Mobilize internal stakeholders to support new and current enterprise technology initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a similar business discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of enterprise services and/or technology sales experience, with a preference for candidates with experience selling into procurement/category management groups within enterprise retailers and/or other enterprise organizations.
- Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, meet or exceed sales quotas, and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
