Consultar FNRH no sistema, e incluir observações/preferencias pertinentes dos hóspedes. Consultas de informações via sistema CM. Coordenar as aberturas de cama com brindes, produtos e serviços de acordo com categoria do apartamento junto com a Governança. Coordenar procedimentos para hóspedes aniversariantes. Dominar os controles e procedimentos dos serviços de quarto. Estar familiarizado com a terminologia hoteleira e ser capaz de entender uma ordem de serviços. Fazer as cartas a serem colocadas nos apartamentos (boas vindas e desculpas). Fazer relação dos hóspedes VIPs in house, hóspedes habitues e demais solicitações especiais.
