Consultar FNRH no sistema, e incluir observações/preferencias pertinentes dos hóspedes. Consultas de informações via sistema CM. Coordenar as aberturas de cama com brindes, produtos e serviços de acordo com categoria do apartamento junto com a Governança. Coordenar procedimentos para hóspedes aniversariantes.
