Responsibilities

Coordination of the purchase orders (POs) lifecycle from creation to final delivery to the customer, involving collaboration with various departments such as OTR, Customer Service, Logistics, and ImportationGenerate sales reports and performance analyses for the sales team and management.Assist commercial team in the sales process by providing information on products and local stock availability.Provide training on the SFDC platform for sales team and distributors.Responsible for providing information on the status of sales inventory and discussing improvement and action plans with the manager.Basic QualificationsDegree in areas such as Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related.Preferred CharacteristicsFamiliarity with SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), Excel and PowerBI.Intermediate/Advanced English.Ability to analyze sales data and make informed recommendations.Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines efficiently.
