Your Impact

This position will work directly with the Regional Sales Director and Qualitrol’s leadership team to establish and implement the business strategy and tactics for the region. They will also provide and be accountable for the operations results report-out as well as demonstrate sustainable plans and progress of regional goals.

**Here’s where you’ll demonstrate your proficiencies**:
Lead and direct the sales efforts through our LATAM operations along with turnkey partners.

Develop and implement new sales channels with turnkey capacity

Engage employees, customers, and partners, to ensure an accurate process flow to maintain business timelines and expectations.

Develop business processes to allow bid handling, portals, strategic accounts handling, etc

Develop and implements plans to increase account penetration (depth and breadth) in the region and become the preferred vendor in the local markets through business strategy implementation.

Report business operations results, alliances progress, tools & process, and business performance

Conduct research, compiles data, and prepares reports on strategic business routes

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar is preferred.

Proficiency in sales process with experience in different selling methods to penetrate products.

Experience structuring, advocating, and closing electric power deals at all levels of management.

**General Substation Asset knowledge**: Substation Environment experience in general.

Ability to interact and communicate effectively in English.

Ability to travel extensively inside Brazil and Internationally.
