Our Global Experiential division is seeking a seasoned producer to be part of our LATAM team, focusing on pioneering Experiences with some of the most innovative brands worldwide. The projects encompass Experiential, Web, Content, Broadcast, and Events, emphasizing the integration of all disciplines to drive innovation. Our expertise lies at the crossroads of Physical, Digital, and Live, and we continually explore ways to merge these elements.

In this role, you will manage a variety of award-winning projects that blend creativity and technology, collaborating with key clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Producer at MediaMonks, you will collaborate with leading brands to strategize, outline, and deliver a diverse range of production content, while pushing the boundaries of what is achievable through innovative technologies. We expect our Senior Producer to be a pioneer in Experiential production, guiding clients at the forefront of experience design, leveraging your extensive industry knowledge to inspire our team towards new innovations. Your role will involve uniting our in-house talent, integrating various disciplines to ensure exceptional work is produced across MediaMonks' global locations. You will steer the strategic direction of our offerings, responding to new briefs and RFPs, and transforming projects into successful outcomes. Additionally, you will help generate new opportunities by converting pitches into tangible projects, functioning as a comprehensive solution provider. As a facilitator of project pace and harmony, you will excel in communication, serving as the primary client point of contact on significant projects. You will navigate uncharted production paths for innovative projects that engage with cutting-edge technology, while maintaining a human-centric approach, ensuring technology serves the actual needs of clients. Your passion for real-world interactions complements your comfort with digital and physical integrations. You are an adaptable thinker, unafraid of challenges. Our projects range from permanent architectural installations and generative art to retail pop-ups, events, and activations. You will be well-versed in discussing these topics and identifying the right experts for execution.

Beyond project management, you will oversee our talented production teams in Brazil, the United States, and Canada, collaborating with department leads to ensure individual success. Working closely with our Creative Director and Technical Director, you will assemble a diverse team of in-house talent to ensure exceptional work is produced across the Americas and our global production hubs. You will be responsible for scoping and quoting key projects, as well as planning and scheduling production activities, ensuring projects are profitable and award-winning. If that isn't enough, you will also compile reports on sales and forecasts. As the link between concept and execution, you will work closely with clients and colleagues worldwide, maintaining a focus on creative excellence and quality. You are a proactive leader, ready to dive into projects and unite the team to create outstanding digital experiences.

Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced integrated producer with a minimum of 6-8 years in high-level digital advertising/production, emphasizing technology, including experiential, web development, and digital content production. A proven track record of delivering complex projects in the experiential domain is essential. Strong technical knowledge of digital production, particularly in experiential & events, web UX & UI, platform development, Mixed Reality, and film production is required. A deep understanding of the requirements for executing multifaceted projects, along with the technical expertise to anticipate and resolve production challenges, is necessary. Managing multiple projects across various clients and teams demands solid planning and communication skills. While you thrive in a digital environment, you excel at engaging with people in real-time, motivating teams to achieve results, regardless of their location. In summary, you are adept at overcoming challenges, overseeing projects, and managing tight deadlines with composure.
