We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in our business growth strategy, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background, with experience in sales and marketing. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships both externally and internally.
Job Responsibilities- Map and prospect new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Analyze and qualify leads to ensure maximum conversion rates
- Approach potential customers to discuss their needs and qualifications
- Schedule meetings between qualified contacts and Club directors
- Keep the CRM up-to-date to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- PREFERRED ACADEMIC BACKGROUND: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, Law, or Engineering
- Commercial background with experience in sales and marketing
- Team orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English
- Availability to work in Campinas (4x on-site and 1x home office)
