Senior Cloud Sales Manager

Tencent Cloud is seeking a seasoned Senior Channel Sales Manager to drive the growth of our channel sales in the LATAM region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a robust sales strategy to acquire and manage indirect channel sales partners, ultimately driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate partner sales performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
- Address partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners to build trust and drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Communicate new product information and enhancements to partners to ensure they are equipped to sell our solutions effectively
- Develop process improvements to optimize partner management activities and drive efficiency
- Work with partners to develop sales proposals, quotations, and pricing plans to meet their financial goals
- Deliver customer presentations, attend sales meetings, and partner conferences to build relationships and drive sales
- Assist in partner marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns, and promotional events to drive brand awareness and sales
- Drive revenue growth through indirect channel partners and their affiliates
- Create sales channel plans to help partners meet their financial objectives
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- Bilingual in English and Portuguese; fluency in Spanish is a significant plus
- 5+ years of channel sales experience in the public cloud or related industry
- Experience in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel partners
- Experience in educating partners about product portfolio and service offerings
- Knowledge of cloud, CDN, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS industry, and internet space is a plus
- Knowledge in analyzing market trends and developing sales plans to increase brand awareness
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue
- Ability to coordinate with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals
