Business Development Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive sales performance in our assigned region, lead a small team of Field Sales Representatives, and ensure restaurants successfully adopt our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market penetration targets;
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Field Sales Representatives (BDs), ensuring consistent performance and professional growth;
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities;
  • Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in SaaS for Food Delivery (mandatory);
  • 2+ years of team management or leadership experience;
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in fast-paced environments;
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Fluent Portuguese; advanced English required.
