Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Business Development Manager to join our team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct or channel sales, particularly in the hardware or software industries. Experience in the surveillance solution, GPS industry, or commercial vehicles is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales targets through the development of new channel partnerships.
  • Report directly to the Regional Sales Director and provide weekly visitation reports.
  • Conduct bi-weekly reviews of new channel development status.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and a proactive working attitude with the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Thrive under pressure and exhibit the flexibility to work across different time zones.
  • Willingness to travel, with a travel percentage ranging from 30% to 50%.
  • Be a fast learner in a given territory and industry focus.
  • Possess a results-driven attitude with exceptional skills in prospecting for new channel partners.
  • Strong C-Level communication skill.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of B2B quota-carrying experience in direct or channel sales, the hardware or software industries experience is preferred.
  • Preferred experience in the surveillance solution, GPS solution industry, or commercial vehicles industry related.
  • Proven track record of recruiting and developing new channel partners.
  • Understanding of selling methodologies and experience with CRM systems is a significant plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Technology or a related business and administration field.
  • Experience in regional local market development.
  • Bilingual with English and Portuguese is a must, Mandarin language will be a significant plus.
