Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Sales Lead to drive business growth and build key client relationships in the valves and automation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to valves and automation within the maritime and offshore industries.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure outstanding service and customer satisfaction.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for new suppliers with established Brazilian end-customers and drive business growth.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set, meet, and exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company's growth and success.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, International Relations, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the maritime and offshore industry, with experience in sales, supply chain, or technical areas.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of technical valves and automation for offshore platforms.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant system tools.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Location: Based in Rio de Janeiro or willing to relocate.
