Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Accor Hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual commercial plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with revenue management teams to optimize pricing and inventory.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry influencers and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to inform commercial strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role in the luxury hotel industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, distribution, revenue, and loyalty concepts.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
