NOV Inc. is a leading provider of high-quality services and solutions in the oil and gas sector. We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support to the Senior Director, Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to the Senior Director, Operations in a proactive and efficient manner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate and organize local and international events, including logistics, venue arrangements, and attendee management, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage international business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, to ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience for the Senior Director, Operations.
  • Support in the operationalization of client and Foreign Executives' visits, including coordinating schedules, logistics, and necessary arrangements, to ensure a high level of service delivery.
  • Prepare and update reports, including weekly and monthly expense reports, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Create and update presentations in PowerPoint, maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism, to effectively communicate key information to stakeholders.
  • Provide support in translation and corporate communication, ensuring effective and clear communication across global teams, to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, with a strong understanding of operations and logistics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, to ensure efficient and effective support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders, to build strong relationships and facilitate collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel, to create high-quality presentations and reports.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information, to ensure the integrity of company operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the oil and gas industry or a related field, with a strong understanding of industry-specific operations and logistics.
  • Fluency in English for translation and communication support, to facilitate effective communication across global teams.
