Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst to join our team at Drixit Technologies. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hardware manufacturing and assembly processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Requests for Quotations: Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate beneficial agreements and ensure timely delivery of hardware components.

  • Coordinate Process Improvements: Work with the responsible team to identify and implement operational process improvements, ensuring efficiency and cost reduction.

  • Supervise Hardware Manufacturing: Oversee the coordination of hardware manufacturing and assembly, ensuring project delivery deadlines are met.

  • Optimize Supply Chain and Production: Analyze and optimize the supply chain and production processes to ensure efficiency and cost reduction.

  • Calculate Product Costs: Calculate the costs of each product to establish RMA prices and hardware product costs.

  • Collaborate with Accounting: Work with the accounting department to maintain proper stock records in both Argentina and Brazil.

  • Ensure Smooth Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the operations area, enabling efficient and safe fulfillment of projects and deliveries.

  • Direct Contact with Accounting: Establish direct contact with the accounting office for the issuance of tax invoices.

  • Report Area Status: Report general area status and objectives to the Latam Operations Manager.

  • Responsible for Technical Purchases: Be responsible for technical purchases in the operations area.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position with SaaS products.

  • Consultative Selling: Willing to do consultative selling.

  • Negotiation and Communication Skills: Great negotiation, communication & persuasive skills.

  • Team Player: Team player.

  • Problem Solver: A problem solver.

  • Attention to Detail: Aim for excellence analysis and attention to detail.

  • Self-Motivated: A positive, self-motivated person who's able to take direction and work within a team.

  • Technical Implications: You anticipate the tech implications of commercial decisions.

  • Software Systems:

  • Team Leadership: Previous experience in team leadership and personnel management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Highly Organized: You must be highly organized and capable of maintaining a high level of order for hardware control and tracking.

  • Global Vision: You should have the ability to understand the company's global vision and translate it into effective operational strategies.

  • On-Time Delivery: You will be responsible for on-time delivery of Drixit hardware to customers, the quality of each delivery, and the order of stock to ensure proper annual stock auditing.

  • Operations Management: You must have experience in handling various systems for operations management and be an expert in using Excel.

  • Practical Solutions: You should have the ability to find practical solutions to overcome operational challenges.

  • Operational Decisions: You will be responsible for making key operational decisions to maintain efficiency and productivity in the area.
