Sales Support Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Associate to join our team at Cozymeal, Inc. This role will be responsible for leading inbound and outbound sales initiatives, providing expert knowledge of our culinary experiences, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored culinary experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to continuously improve the sales process and offerings on Cozymeal.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of culinary (food & beverage) sales experience.
- 4+ years of phone sales experience.
- Revenue-driven with a track record of exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Efficient time management and ability to work free of distractions in a home office environment.
- Ability to work for 8 hours/day during weekdays (Monday - Friday).
- CRM Experience (Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Proficient in Google Suite and Excel.
