Position Overview
Pulse Labs is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Client Support Specialists interns. Supported by leading industry partners, Pulse Labs is dedicated to transforming product development through insightful feedback during the entire product lifecycle—from initial concept to market introduction and beyond.
We are looking for a meticulous, service-oriented Support Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels in problem-solving. If you are committed to delivering outstanding service and enjoy collaborating with a team, this opportunity may be ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage incoming support inquiries using HubSpot.
- Assess and prioritize requests based on urgency and significance.
- Act as the main point of contact for client questions and concerns.
- Deliver prompt and precise information to clients regarding their issues.
- Conduct quality assessments of panelist submissions.
- Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the resolution process.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve client challenges.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant departments as needed.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with resolutions.
- Document all client interactions, issues, and solutions in HubSpot.
- Update and enhance the knowledge base with frequently asked questions and answers.
- Identify patterns and common challenges, proposing enhancements to processes and products.
- Provide constructive feedback to product and development teams based on client interactions.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in a customer support or client services role, ideally within a research or technology environment.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet varying schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese or Japanese.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to exceptional service.
