
Sales Growth Manager

We are looking for a Sales Strategy and Operations Lead to join our team in international markets. Our company focuses on food and consumer product delivery services with the mission of helping people eat better and live better.
Key Responsibilities:
- Break down business objectives into key performance indicators and establish a target management system to achieve sales goals.
- Conduct operational analysis to gain insights into franchise brand growth and competitive opportunity points.
- Develop a sales strategy by identifying growth opportunities through analysis and prospecting, and create a clear execution path.
- Mobilize resources from the strategy, product, and operations teams to support the sales team in achieving its business goals.
Requirements:
- More than 2 years of experience in merchant operations, promotion preparations, and sales team operations.
- Proficient data analysis skills with various software, capable of conducting multi-dimensional analysis and making informed business judgments.
- Market insight with sensitivity to market and industry trends, able to capture development trends and formulate strategies.
- Strong project management ability with good communication and expression, strong coordination, team consciousness, and organizational ability.
- English and Portuguese can be used as working languages.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in the food delivery industry and local-based service industry is preferred.
- Proficient in using SQL or other data analysis tools.
- Experience in merchant operations/strategy operations/product operations preferred.
