**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with accurate information about our products and services. You will work closely with our global team to identify and resolve customer queries, and provide solutions to complex problems.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess customer situations and provide solutions to complex queries
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine root cause
- Communicate solutions clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide end-to-end ownership of customer communication
- Support customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and tickets
- Be the voice of the customer and convert customer queries into actionable insights
- Develop knowledge of Stake processes and products
- Collaborate with other departments, including Operations, Development & Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Finance teams
- Mentor the team on customer success knowledge and best practices
**Additional Responsibilities**
- Proactively call customers to understand trends and provide actionable insights
- Create content to help customers understand Stake processes and products
- Lead ad-hoc projects within and outside of the Customer Success team
- Bug hunting and beta testing
