We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources leader to spearhead our strategy for Latin America, focusing on Culture, Learning & Development, and Talent Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive HR Strategy for Latin America based on internal/external data analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs, design learning strategies, and facilitate training and development activities.
  • Support Samsung LATAM subsidiaries by working closely with local HR Teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Analyze talent gaps and implement targeted talent management initiatives to nurture high-potential employees.
  • Drive DEI initiatives to foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
  • Travel across LATAM countries to engage with local teams and ensure successful HR strategy implementation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in facilitating training, workshops, team buildings, and other related activities.
  • Deep understanding of Leadership Development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and create actionable plans.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Organizational and logical thinking to structure programs and processes effectively.
  • Ambition and desire for professional growth and development.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Fluent English language proficiency (mandatory).
  • Spanish language proficiency (desirable).
