Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Director - Corporate Wellness to lead our sales efforts in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align on go-to-market strategies.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business development progress and results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
