Job Summary: As a Field Sales Ocean professional, your primary objective is to drive the company's profit growth through the development of new clients, maintaining existing clients, and expanding your portfolio.

Job Description:

  • Prospect for new business opportunities within a designated geographic area and defined maritime product.
  • Grow business with existing clients and maintain/retain client portfolio.
  • Manage opportunities from identification to entry in the CRM system.
  • Analyze client requests critically.
  • Issue or draft technical proposals related to qualification objectives.
  • Coordinate bids with internal teams.
  • Conduct external client visits and update the system according to targets.
  • Provide internal reports on sales activities, agenda, and prospecting.
  • Focus on the maritime modality.
  • Register new clients in Schenker's systems.
  • Manage contracts and SOP.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Trade, International Trade, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong skills in client management and business development.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
