Job Summary: As a Field Sales Ocean professional, your primary objective is to drive the company's profit growth through the development of new clients, maintaining existing clients, and expanding your portfolio.
Job Description:
- Prospect for new business opportunities within a designated geographic area and defined maritime product.
- Grow business with existing clients and maintain/retain client portfolio.
- Manage opportunities from identification to entry in the CRM system.
- Analyze client requests critically.
- Issue or draft technical proposals related to qualification objectives.
- Coordinate bids with internal teams.
- Conduct external client visits and update the system according to targets.
- Provide internal reports on sales activities, agenda, and prospecting.
- Focus on the maritime modality.
- Register new clients in Schenker's systems.
- Manage contracts and SOP.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Trade, International Trade, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong skills in client management and business development.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
