As a Senior Client Development Manager at Epsilon, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and driving business growth across key markets. Your expertise in new business development and client acquisition will be instrumental in identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities that align with our company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Cultivate and secure new business partnerships: Identify and target untapped accounts, leveraging your skills in strategic outreach and networking to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement tailored plans that address customer needs and preferences, driving product adoption and revenue expansion.
- Foster strong relationships: Build trust and credibility with clients through exceptional service delivery, proactive communication, and a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges.
- Stay ahead of industry trends: Continuously update your knowledge of market developments and emerging technologies, applying this insight to inform our sales approach and stay competitive in the marketplace.

Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in new business development and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess:
- 8+ years of experience in advertising or marketing technology sales, with a strong focus on breaking into new accounts and securing high-value partnerships.
- Proven ability to cultivate and manage relationships with new clients, particularly in high-stakes environments.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities, with a talent for conveying complex ideas and building rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex business landscapes and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Proficiency in English for business discussions and correspondence, with intermediate-level proficiency preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Salesforce, or HubSpot is advantageous, showcasing efficiency and technology utilization.
