Job Title: Sales Consultant

About the Role:

T-Maxx International - A Sister Company Of Talents Matrix is seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team in Brazil. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing commercial strategies to ensure the achievement of the company's objectives and developing dealers through the analysis of key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealer Integration: Maintain a strong relationship between dealers and the brand, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Sales Monitoring: Track and analyze key sales metrics, including throughput, sales NPS, leads conversion, F&I conversion, and used cars sales.
  • Dealer Performance Improvement: Develop and implement actions to improve dealer performance, identifying areas for growth and optimization.
  • Regional Communication Strategies: Design and execute regional communication plans to promote the brand and drive sales.
  • Event Support: Collaborate with dealers to plan and execute events that drive vehicle sales.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on market trends, product movements, and price fluctuations.
  • Advisory Role: Provide expert advice to support decision-making and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and English language skills.
  • Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license (B).
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel frequently within the country (70/30 split).

Compensation:

  • Base Pay + Commissions: Competitive salary structure with opportunities for commissions.
