As a key member of the Meta team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and consultative services to our Education, M&E and Tech&Telco advertising clients. Your expertise will help us to provide tailored solutions and strategic guidance to meet their needs and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide proactive and reactive support to clients via various channels, including phone, in-person meetings, and video conferences.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to develop and execute strategic programs that drive business growth.

- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop initiatives to improve customer experience and drive revenue growth.

- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their strategic goals.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in media sales and support, with a strong background in the Education, M&E or Tech&Telco industry.

- Ability to think strategically and provide high-level guidance on product strategy and vision.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.

- Passion for delivering world-class customer service and driving business growth.
