Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental Administrative Support Specialist

This is a vital administrative support role within the Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) department.
- The successful candidate will provide expert assistance in producing accurate HSSE performance data, monthly reports, and quarterly submissions.
- They will serve as the primary coordinator for incident alerts, communication, and safety alerts.
- Key responsibilities include cascading information within the team, supporting internal audit actions, and utilizing Wood systems for closeout purposes.
- Additionally, the individual will provide technical assistance on various HSSE requests and maintain a comprehensive technical library.
- They will also be responsible for booking HSSE training events and promoting company values to ensure realization of health, safety, environmental, quality, and ethics systems, policies, and procedures.
- National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) Certificate (desired).
- NVQ Level 4 IOSH (desired).
- Trained Internal Auditor (desired).
- Excellent English language skills (desired).
- Prior experience in a HSSE Admin Assistant role.
- Project/contract experience in Oil and Gas or comparable industries.
- HSSE experience in similar or other industries.
- Effective two-way communicator.
- Proven planning and organizational skills.
- Confident self-starter who can work independently.
- Acts with integrity and behaves ethically at all times.
- Trustworthy and approachable.
- Highly developed influencing and interpersonal skills.
