We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales team in São Paulo.
This role offers a unique opportunity for ambitious individuals to identify and qualify prospects in LATAM, proactively reach out to them, and contribute to the growth of our organization.
About This RoleAs a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and qualifying prospects that fit our ideal customer profile using various tools.
- Booking meetings for Account Executives and guiding prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Becoming a product expert to effectively assist customers.
- Building strong relationships to foster growth opportunities.
You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-growing scale-up environment, learn from experienced colleagues, and master sales skills. We value innovators and new ideas, encouraging outside-the-box thinking.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of cold calling experience.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in a scale-up environment.
- SaaS sales experience.
- A process-oriented sales approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and drive for success.
- Ability to interact credibly with stakeholders at enterprise accounts.
- Proficiency in Portuguese is required; Spanish is preferred.
