We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our sales team in São Paulo.

About This Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and qualifying prospects that fit our ideal customer profile using various tools.
  • Booking meetings for Account Executives and guiding prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Becoming a product expert to effectively assist customers.
  • Building strong relationships to foster growth opportunities.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-growing scale-up environment, learn from experienced colleagues, and master sales skills. We value innovators and new ideas, encouraging outside-the-box thinking.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of cold calling experience.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability in a scale-up environment.
  • SaaS sales experience.
  • A process-oriented sales approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and drive for success.
  • Ability to interact credibly with stakeholders at enterprise accounts.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is required; Spanish is preferred.
