About the Role: Cozymeal, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Associate to lead inbound and outbound sales initiatives, expertly sell culinary experiences to clients, and continuously improve the sales process and offerings on our platform.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand customer base.
  2. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of culinary experiences to effectively promote and sell to clients.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service through timely and professional communication via email and phone.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes, offerings, and overall customer experience.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and business expansion.
  6. Possess 4+ years of culinary sales experience, with a strong background in phone sales, revenue growth, and customer engagement.
  7. Excel in verbal and written communication, time management, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  8. Experience working with CRM systems, Google Suite, and Excel is highly valued.
