As a Human Resources Assistant, you will provide support to the HR team with administrative and personnel functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer HR-related tasks to support team objectives
- Offer exceptional service to employees and management
- Maintain accurate records and data for HR purposes
- Develop effective solutions to resolve HR-related issues
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have a strong ability to analyze complex situations, think critically, and make sound decisions.
You will work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
