Role Overview
This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies for the Brazilian market, focusing on growth and expansion opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on the overall performance of the Brazilian market to headquarters, identifying areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards in Brazilian operations.
- Utilize data analysis and BI skills to monitor campaign and project performance, optimize future campaigns, and improve customer experience.
- Provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring each function performs at its best to boost the growth of the Brazilian market.
- Collaborate with headquarters and local departments to ensure offshore operations align with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments to keep the company at the forefront of offshore technology and innovation.
Requirements and Qualifications
We seek an experienced professional with:
- A minimum of 5 years in e-commerce, with at least 2 years in the local travel industry.
- Familiarity with startup or scale-up environments, preferably with Brazilian digital marketing regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and mindset, preferably with experience using analytics tools.
- Proven ability to manage and lead teams, delivering projects on time and within budget.
