Job Title: International Talent Acquisition Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated International Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our global talent acquisition function, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across major geographies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospects and stakeholders. You will be responsible for designing and executing sourcing strategies that align with our business priorities, leveraging tools like LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter to engage talent.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess a methodical and structured approach, with excellent attention to detail and quality. You will be able to prioritize multiple assignments and work under pressure, handling changing priorities with ease.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the full recruitment cycle in partnership with the Head of International Talent Acquisition.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements of roles and functions to identify talent.
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies that align with dynamic and evolving business priorities.
  • Attract and engage passive prospects across Global Universities IBD unit across major geographies (Canada, LATAM, Europe, and APAC).
  • Leverage tools like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter to engage talent.
  • Proactively build and nurture relationships with prospects in support of current and future hiring needs.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple searches and support multiple talent acquisition recruiters across the global team.
