
Business Partnership Liaison

We are seeking a Business Partnership Liaison to work closely with our Director of Account Management in providing administrative support and building strong relationships with airline, cruise line, and hotel partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Leverage your exceptional problem-solving skills to understand clients' businesses and provide support to Account Managers in meeting deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure seamless client transitions from contract signing to implementation.
- Develop expertise in API technology platforms for the Account Management department.
- Provide top-notch customer service by assisting Account Managers with day-to-day tasks and maintaining accurate records.
- Become proficient in managing feedback via an online portal, addressing complaints and compliments within airline-specific service level agreement requirements.

- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (oral and written)
- Customer service skills
- Flexibility to work afterhours based on business demands
