This is a challenging opportunity to drive business growth and success in the Specialty Lubricants market. We are seeking an experienced Sales & Application Engineer who will play a crucial role in managing existing and developing new customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell DuPont MOLYKOTE Specialty Lubricants solutions, ensuring achievement of sales and business development goals.
  • IDentify and capitalize on new business opportunities across various markets such as Automotive, OEMs, Oil&Gas, Mining, White goods, Food&Beverage, and Aerospace.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, prospects, and key influencers to drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Negotiate pricing, supply agreements, credit, and CDA effectively with customers.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, business, marketing, or a related field (MSc or MBA is a plus).
  • 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Technical Service, or Marketing in Specialty Lubricants or a similar industry.
  • Strong technical background in tribology (desirable).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
