The Customer Onboarding Manager is responsible for transitioning new and existing clients through the sales process, ensuring smooth onboarding, and accelerating time-to-value realization.
This role requires strong project management skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to provide technical guidance to clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, understanding client requirements, and ensuring optimal solution design recommendations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS project management and client onboarding, with a background in Google Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Microsoft Luis, and OpenAI GPT. Strong communication and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze and interpret chatbot data.

Responsibilities:
- Handle all chatbot assistant processes from integration to live with the responsible Customer Success Manager/Account Lead
- Prepare the assistant's map on chatbot product panel based on the designed experience and scenarios
- Conduct AI tests
- Prepare reports as agreed with the brand within the Account Lead information
- Involvement in chatbot development and tracking processes
- Conduct AI-Based Chatbot Data studies
- Keep brand documents and flow documents up to date
- Complete tasks assigned in Jira by managers within the specified time frame
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
