About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Enrollment Advisor to join our team based in Sao Paulo. As a key member of our high-energy sales team, you will be responsible for driving Masters enrollment growth through targeted business development and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development (October to May): Build and manage relationships with student associations, clubs, societies, and ambassadors at flagship universities to boost brand awareness and generate inquiries.
- Lead on-campus or online events tailored to student needs: Collaborate with faculty and alumni to engage students with Hult's Masters and Summer Bootcamp programs.
- Use social media to connect with club leaders and members: Enhance Hult's brand presence within university networks through LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams: Design and execute engagement initiatives in collaboration with flagship university stakeholders to resonate with junior and senior students.
- Build a strong community: Connect with Hult alumni and confirmed students at flagship universities to drive word-of-mouth referrals and promote success stories.
- Serve as the primary contact for prospective students: Offer personalized advice and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Track and manage the pipeline for future intakes: Maintain regular follow-up across various communication channels.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Hult's program offerings: Effectively communicate with prospects and maintain a competitive advantage.
- Ensure fast response times to inquiries: Outperform competitors and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Increase inquiries from flagship universities: Targeted activities will drive growth in this area.
- Meet targets for confirmed Summer Bootcamp participants: Focus on delivering results in this critical area.
- Achieve or exceed Masters enrollment targets: Drive growth in this critical area to meet business objectives.
- Fluency in English: Additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in sales or business development: A proven track record of driving results is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and engage leads on LinkedIn: Convert leads into in-person or phone meetings.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills: Confident and professional presence required.
- Customer-focused with a high level of curiosity: Ability to actively listen and address candidate needs.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial: Goal-oriented and resilient, with a "nothing is impossible" mindset.
- Adaptable and open to learning and feedback: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business development, sales, or marketing is a plus.
