OverviewLedn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.The core values are act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.This role is customer-facing and focuses on supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.The role reports to the Director of IT.ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line IT support to employees via Slack, Jira and other channels; own the end-user experience and ensure outstanding service.Procure and deliver technology equipment; manage onboarding of new employees and retrieval of equipment for departing employees.Design, test, build and document IT programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases.Support and manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.) and manage Mac endpoint/mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM, Jamf).Own improvements to identity and access management, including SSO integrations (GSuite, Okta) and related workflows.Detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks; respond to and resolve critical incidents until completion.Balance help desk tickets with project work; plan and execute work in sprints and document progress in Jira.Set and pursue personal objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (e.g., Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using Bash, Zsh, Python, etc.; experience with open-source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows in Okta; API familiarity and cross-system integrations.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; ability to manage hardware shipping/receiving and customs.Exceptional communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically; strong written communication for tickets, email, and Slack.Proficiency in security-minded thinking, understanding PGP, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing/switching), and OSI model troubleshooting.Ability to self-manage, scope projects, and work across multiple teams; strong organizational and task-management skills.Nice to HaveSome familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line tools for efficiency; Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications.Culture & GrowthA leader who thrives in startup/tech environments, with a builder's mindset, collaboration across functions, and a commitment to integrity and accountability.Experience working in a remote environment; adaptability to ambiguity in a high-growth setting.What We ProvideComprehensive total rewards package and a competitive PTO program; ownership in the company through equity.Remote-work opportunity up to 180 days per year (subject to restrictions).A purpose-driven career in a global digital asset company; inclusive, diverse, and equal opportunity employer.Application & Equal OpportunityIf accommodation is needed during recruitment, please reach out to Ledn with confidential handling of requests; we do not accept unsolicited agency resumes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
