The successful candidate will be well-versed in the assigned markets and will ideally already hold relationships with key partners in that area.1. Business Development ManagementAssume the role of a strategic regional specialist, maintaining expert and up-to-date knowledge of the ELT, YL, and Pathways sectors, monitoring trends & competitor activity, and reporting on market intelligenceDevelop and implement marketing and recruitment plans for designated target markets to achieve annual sales targets and agreed KPIsArrange and undertake visits to designated target markets which include initiatives that target students at each stage of the Student JourneyManage and develop existing and new key accounts, driving repeat sales through B2B networksMonitor leads, opportunities, and pipeline ensuring conversion rates increase year-on-yearWork effectively with BSC’s international representatives in the region, ensuring that all agent records are active and up to date2.
