Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled Guest Experience Manager to drive consistency across our hotel's departments. This role will mobilize our managers to implement a lasting approach to guest service, ensuring a cohesive and exceptional experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive guest service strategy, aligning with our brand's standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless communication and consistency in guest service delivery.
- Drive quality assurance initiatives, focusing on adherence to our Leading Quality Assurance Standard.
- Analyze guest feedback and make recommendations to optimize our services and improve guest satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to enhance organizational performance and achieve business objectives.
