We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director with a deep understanding of the Information Technology sector to drive sales growth at Oracle. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of industry experience, combining technical expertise with a passion for strategic planning and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to promote sales growth in IT solutions or Apps Solution.
  • Build segmentation strategies and key messaging to penetrate target markets effectively.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to establish and maintain strong sales business relationships.
  • Lead market analysis to identify new opportunities and monitor competitive activities.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Mentor and manage a team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the Information Technology sector.
  • In-depth technical knowledge of IT solutions or Apps Solution.
  • A robust commercial acumen with the ability to devise and implement sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasive skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with the skill to lead and develop a high-performing team.
