Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Music Industry Business Development Lead to join our team in Brazil. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with major label clients, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue goals.


About the Role
  • This is a full-time position that requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the music industry.
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the music industry and a minimum of three years of experience establishing and maintaining relationships with artists and managers.
  • Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of different Digital Music Services and social media platforms is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with major label clients to ensure alignment on strategy, planning, and execution of high-quality music releases.
  2. Identify and leverage growth opportunities for partner artists and labels with other artists and labels and across streaming platforms, social media, events, and traditional media.
  3. Represent key clients within the company by presenting their projects to cross-functional teams and identifying opportunities for business expansion.
  4. Achieve financial targets set for each partnership by monitoring and driving revenue goals.
  5. Scout and recruit new talent by pitching the company's services to artists, managers, and labels, negotiating artistic deals, and staying informed about local music opportunities.
