We're looking for a seasoned Digital Sales Executive to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building relationships with media agencies and advertisers, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and exceed performance targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and close business across targeted agency and advertiser accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals and KPIs.
  • Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a unified vision and ensure seamless client interactions.
  • Foster client satisfaction, driving renewal business and incremental revenue growth.
  • Actively manage the sales pipeline, providing accurate revenue projections.
  • Effectively represent Dailymotion Exchange's value propositions, highlighting the benefits of our video solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in digital media sales, preferably within the video industry.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
  • A deep understanding of the digital media and ad tech ecosystem, with a focus on video and programmatic advertising.
  • Established relationships with digital media agencies, brands, media planners, and buyers.
  • A driven, passionate, and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A hunter mentality, with a proven track record of winning new business and exceeding targets.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.

We offer a competitive salary range of R$120,000 - R$180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within our dynamic organization.
