Main Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing team in Brazil, driving revenue growth and achieving quarterly targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies across all channels, including above-the-line and digital marketing.
  • Managing the marketing budget and ensuring effective ROI.
  • Collaborating with external agencies and marketing partners to drive business growth.
  • Leading the local marketing team to acquire customers in Brazil, leveraging data and customer insights.
  • Fostering strong relationships with regional and global marketing teams to ensure aligned marketing efforts.
  • Ensuring marketing execution adheres to global brand guidelines while maintaining local relevance.
  • Complying with local regulations and contractual obligations.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a marketing manager or similar role.
  • Experience in online sports betting and gaming in Brazil is an asset.
  • Proven track record of managing larger sponsorship deals and contracts.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Results-oriented with a strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
