Job Summary

The Head of Marketing Brazil Lead will be responsible for leading the local marketing team in Brazil, driving the development of marketing plans, and executing campaigns to achieve quarterly revenue targets. This role will require strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the Brazilian market, and the ability to collaborate with regional and global marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Lead the local marketing team in Brazil, fostering a data-driven approach to customer acquisition
  • Own the business relationships with external agencies and marketing partners, including potential sponsorships and ambassadors
  • Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to execute campaigns and marketing tasks for the Brazilian market
  • Ensure marketing execution follows global brand guidelines while maintaining relevance and affinity to the local audience
  • Align with regional agencies when needed (PR, Advertising, Media) and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled

Requirements

  • Min. 5 years of experience as a marketing manager (or in a similar role)
  • Work experience in online sports betting and gaming in Brazil will be considered an asset
  • Min. 3 years of experience working with Advertising, Media- & PR agencies
  • Min. 2 years of experience of managing larger sponsorship deals and contracts
  • A degree in marketing or a similar relevant field
  • First-class communication skills, a natural presenter
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English
  • Results-oriented with strong influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
