Account Success Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success professional to join our team as an Account Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 20-25 cross-segment customers, providing expert guidance on how to leverage Zendesk's platform to achieve their strategic goals.
About the Role:
- You will work closely with customers to define project scope and minimize time-to-value through effective onboarding processes.
- Develop strong relationships with customers by building trust and understanding their needs, ensuring seamless execution of mutual Success Plans.
- Collaborate with frontline support teams to stay up-to-date on new features, accelerate product adoption, and provide proactive training and best practices.
- Provide regular reporting on automation, product adoption, and account health KPIs, identifying risk early and developing strategies to mitigate.
- Lead quarterly and executive business reviews with customers to align realized value with executive stakeholders and unlock expansion opportunities.
Your Background:
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management or related roles in a SaaS company.
- A successful track-record of managing large and medium-size customers with complex technical solutions and multiple stakeholders in a high-touch B2B environment.
- An aptitude for understanding how our product integrates its features, integrations, capabilities & best practices help customers achieve their goals.
- Experience troubleshooting technical challenges (product, CRM integrations, APIs) and collaborating with Product to implement fixes.
- A natural advisor and value partner, with a focus on customers' goals and ROI-driven results.
