Role Description

We are seeking an experienced HRBP leader to join our high-growth startup environment. As a strategic coach, you will unlock the potential of our team members by asking insightful questions, sharing clear feedback, and clarifying what excellence looks like.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in HRBP, including direct partnership with senior executives across multiple functions. They will be able to lead HRBPs or coach peers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will help us build a strong talent system that supports long-term scale. This includes elevating the quality of our managers, designing systems for performance management, and coaching HRBPs to deliver measurable impact.

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Operationalize quarterly planning/reflection cycles between managers and HRBPs.
  • Create systems to identify and prioritize support for teams most at risk.
  • Develop plans to retain top talent, working closely with execs and HRBPs.
  • Coach managers to improve team performance and close leadership gaps.
  • Support leaders in designing Career Pathways that reflect excellence in each function.
