**Key Responsibilities**
• Develop and execute strategic plans to retain and expand Enterprise accounts, ensuring continuous communication and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for new customers.
• Identify opportunities to drive product adoption and increase user base within customer accounts.
• Lead consulting projects with customers to drive business outcomes and growth.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.
**Requirements**
• 7+ years of experience in a consulting company with direct customer interaction in IT organizations.
• Proven project management skills and experience with project methods.
• 2+ years of working knowledge with Gainsight or Totango.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and exceptional language skills, including English and Portuguese, with Spanish skills a plus.
