Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Intern to join our Channel Account Management team at Fortinet. As an Inside Sales Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by performing various operational activities.
Key Responsibilities- Contact and engage with partners and inactive partners to drive sales growth.
- Analyze new partner requests and provide timely support during the onboarding process.
- Assist the sales team in following up on open quotations and leads to drive the sales process to a win.
- Develop and maintain operational sales tools, guides, presentations, and programs.
- Lead process improvement programs and participate in sales meetings to document next steps.
- Administrative experience with a strong focus on customer service.
- Intermediate English language skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Sales Force.
- Bachelor's degree in progress, preferably in Technology, Administration, or Marketing.
