Customer Experience Specialist

At Blueground, we strive to create a home-away-from-home experience for our guests. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional stay in one of our 15,000 homes across 32 cities worldwide.
We're not just looking for anyone – we need someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and has the skills to resolve complex issues. If you're a problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
- You will be responsible for tracking customers' orders, evaluating services performed by internal and external collaborators, and providing analytical insights to improve our processes.
- You will also work closely with our team to identify the root cause of customer support issues and develop solutions to enhance their experience.
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and make a real impact on our business.
What We Offer
- An estimated salary range of R$80,000 - R$120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
