Resumo do Cargo: O Key Account Manager (Gerente de Contas) é responsável por gerenciar e desenvolver relacionamentos estratégicos com os principais clientes da empresa. Seu principal objetivo é garantir a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes, além de identificar oportunidades de negócios para maximizar as receitas e o crescimento da empresa.

Responsabilidades:

1 - Gestão de Relacionamento com Clientes:

. Manter e fortalecer relações de longo prazo com os principais clientes.

. Atuar como ponto de contato principal entre os clientes e a empresa.

. Resolver problemas e tratar de reclamações dos clientes de forma eficaz e tempestiva.

2 - Desenvolvimento de Negócios:

. Identificar novas oportunidades de vendas e desenvolver estratégias para ampliar a carteira de clientes.

. Elaborar propostas comerciais e negociar contratos.

. Analisar o mercado e a concorrência para ajustar as estratégias de venda.

3 - Planejamento e Execução:

. Desenvolver e implementar planos de conta personalizados para atender às necessidades específicas dos clientes.

. Acompanhar o desempenho dos clientes, incluindo vendas, faturamento e indicadores de satisfação.

. Colaborar com as equipes internas (marketing, produto, suporte, etc.) para garantir a entrega de valor aos clientes.

4 - Relatórios e Análises:

. Preparar relatórios de progresso, previsões de vendas e análises de mercado.

. Monitorar os KPIs (Indicadores Chave de Desempenho) e propor ações corretivas quando necessário.

. Aplicar pesquisas de clima e NPS;

Requisitos:

  • Formação: Ensino superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Marketing, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência: Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência comprovada em vendas, gestão de contas ou cargos similares.
  • Habilidades: Excelente capacidade de comunicação e negociação, habilidades analíticas, capacidade de resolver problemas e tomar decisões estratégicas.
  • Conhecimentos: Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM (Customer Relationship Management), habilidades em Microsoft Office (especialmente Excel e PowerPoint).
  • Idiomas: Inglês intermediário ou avançado é desejável.
  • Disponibilidade: Ter disponibilidade para viagens.
